01 / The challenge

The system behind the screens.

Field teams need customer context, routes, orders and collections while managers need a trustworthy operational picture. Connectivity changes throughout the day and existing ERP or CRM systems cannot become another disconnected data island.

02 / The approach

Design the product and architecture together.

I designed SahaSkop as a connected web and mobile product: the field workflow remains usable in weak connectivity, operational events return to one tenant-aware platform, and integration boundaries keep company systems in sync.

03 / Critical decisions

What had to be true.

  1. Define the complete offline field workflow before designing synchronization.
  2. Model visits, orders, collections and location events around auditable business states.
  3. Keep ERP, CRM and accounting integrations behind explicit, retryable boundaries.
